There are a good amount of surface scratches and scuffs on face of wheel. There are a good amount of rock chips that you can see in the pictures. Wheel has the matte look to it due to age. No rash on the wheel. You will need to refinish if you want a perfect wheel. 

All flaws are pictured if not mentioned to the best of our ability.
